  My Prescription was called in over two hrs before my arrival and they couldn’t retrieve there messages on there phone service and I had to call and have my doctor resubmit another prescription because of Publix answering service wasn’t working then was told I had to wait another half hour for my prescription to be filled. I normally would never give Publix a bad review because I love the supermarket and their impeccable service but the pharmacy is a completely different experience this isn’t the first time this happens to me at this location. You would think they would answer there phone let alone check the voice messaging system where prescriptions are called in by doctors. This department really needs to step it up on service. Then they see me in the waiting area waiting as I was asked to do so and after sitting for 30 minutes I get up and ask how much longer and they tell me it just came out ant the sticker for filled time was 15 minutes earlier these unprofessional people should be retrained on customer service. I will never go to this location if I need a prescription filled ever again.
